L'ivresse Lingerie accepts exchanges for store credit only, within 10 days of receipt of item.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with a receipt.

For online orders, please reach out to us before sending us your item to verify it is approved.

Underwear(including Bodysuits), stick on(nipple covers and pasties), hosiery and personal care goods (such as beauty products and condoms) are final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

L'ivresse ships anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $8 on orders under $100. Orders $100 or more ship free of additional charge.

Shipping is via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days processing time before you receive your tracking number. Transit time is typically 2-4 days.
