Full priced bras or sleepwear can be exchanged for store credit within 10 Days, tags still on, unworn, in new, sellable condition. Online orders must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions

For health and hygiene, anything that touches intimate areas(underwear, bodysuits, shape wear, bathing suit bottoms etc.), stick on(nipple covers, pasties, tape), hosiery and personal care goods (such as beauty products and condoms) are final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked "Sale" or gift cards.

Damages

Please inspect your item on receipt and contact us, photos of the issue help us speed that up for you. 

We will reach out to you when we receive your return to confirm if it is approved. 

We do not cover return shipping costs or credit original shipping.

L'ivresse ships anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $8 on orders under $100. Orders $100 or more ship free of additional charge.

Shipping is via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days processing time. Transit time is typically 2-4 days.
