What to expect of a fitting: A bra fitting is the process of finding a bra that meets your needs. When you arrive, a team member will walk you through options that match what you’re looking for in a bra. We are your bra concierge to make the bra journey a little easier.

Do I need to make a reservation?: A reservation isn't required, but it can help us make your visit a little smoother. Please let us know ahead of time if more than one person will need our assistance. For groups of 3 or more please reach out via email at hello@shoplivresse.com.

What is a fitting?: Bra sizes are pretty complex (just because you're one size in one bra doesn't mean you're the same size in a different bra), even bra fitters go to fitters when they want to buy a bra. A fitting is just a fancy term for shopping for bras.

Do I need to bring anything with me for my fitting?: If you're looking for undergarments to go under a specific item of clothing (event gown, bridal gown, a funky top, etc.) bring the clothing item in with you so you can try it on over bra and/or shape wear options.

Reserved fitting rooms will be held for 5 minutes past your reservation time, please arrive early. If you happen to be running late, don't worry it won't stop you from getting a fitting that day. Reservations help us manage the fitting rooms so we may give your room to another customer if you are late. As soon as another fitting room opens up we'll be happy to work with you.
